INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES Flat Rate of $25.

Any duties or taxes payable for international orders are the responsibility of buyer.
International orders normally take about a week but can take up to 14+ days for delivery depending on country and customs.
Express International by TNT Express 3 to 6 business days.
Express Post option is $15. Please note Express Post Guarantees overnight delivery to Capital Cities in Australia once items are sent out. Please allow up to 3 working days to process orders (most times it is quicker, depending on backlog of order).
Standard Courier option for Perth is 5 to 9 days, 3 to 5 days for Adelaide and 1 to 2 days for East Coast capital cities.
All deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave in Safe Place unless you specify you want a signature.
If there is urgent circumstances and you need your items quicker, please let us know before you order and we will try our best to accomodate you :)
Refund and Returns
If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your account. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging with Tag in place and unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition. No Refunds for Clearance/Sale Items and Flash Sales or Cosmetics. You may exchange or credit issued which does NOT expire. You will need to pay for postage back to you as these items are usually below cost ($10).
This Returns policy is for online purchase ONLY, NOT for purchases instore. Returns must be returned to warehouse NOT retail store.

All items must be unworn and in original packaging for return,p lease securely package the item/s to us in original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused. We will cover cost of sending one package per order for a change of size only within Australia. However, you will have to cover cost of sending item in to us. We will not be responsible for lost items so please make sure you send to us via a trackable service.
Please make sure you write a note with Package you send.

- A description of reason why you are returning item
- Whether you would like a refund, exchange or credit voucher. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
