Any duties or taxes payable for international orders are the responsibility of buyer.
International order normally take 5 to 10 days but can take up to 14 days for delivery depending on country and customs.
Express Post option is $15. Please note Express Post Guarantees overnight delivery to Capital Cities in Australia once items are sent out. Please allow up to 3 working days to process orders (most times it is quicker,depending on backlog of order).
Regular Courier option for Perth is 5 to 9 days, 3 to 5 days for Adelaide and 1 to 2 days for East Coast capital cities.
If there is urgent circumstances and you need your items quicker, please let us know before you order and we will try our best to accomodate you :)
If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your account. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 100 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging with Tag in place and unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition. No Refunds for Clearance Items - these are clearly marked as clearance items and are heavily reduced in price, you may exchange or credit. For exchange of flash sales you will need to pay for postage back to you as these items are usually below cost ($10).
If you need to change size,first please email us email@example.com or use the contact us link on website. All items must be unworn and in original packaging for return,please securely package the item/s to us in original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused. We will cover cost of sending one package per order for a change of size only within Australia. However, you will have to cover cost of sending item in to us. We will not be responsible for lost items so please make sure you send to us via a trackable service.
