Refund and Returns :

Your satisfaction is our first priority at If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your account. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 100 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging with Tag in place and unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition. No Refunds for Clearance Items and Flash Sales - these are clearly marked as clearance items and are heavily reduced in price. You may exchange for size changes or if you dont like but you will need to pay for postage back to you as these items are usually below cost ($10).

If you need to change size, first please email us or use the contact us link on website. All items must be unworn and in original packaging for return, please securely package the item/s to us in original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused. We will cover cost of sending one package per order for a change of size only within Australia. However, you will have to cover cost of sending item in to us. We will not be responsible for lost items so please make sure you send to us via a trackable service.
Please make sure you write a note with Package you send.
Please allow 2 weeks for return of items, depending on our workload.
